Michael Parrant is Aon’s Cyber Practice Leader and is responsible for providing management and advice for all facets of cyber risk and insurance, including the negotiation and placement for many of Aon’s most complicated clients, presenting the outcomes to Audit & Risk Committees and Boards, claims advocacy, technical reviews of coverage, risk profiling of client’s cyber risks, industry analysis and creation of thought leadership materials as well as complementary cyber consulting services. Michael has spent the last 20+ years focusing on global and complex firms for their Technology Errors & Omissions and Cyber insurance placements from Australia and London. Michael earned a MSc with Distinction in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, a degree in Financial Risk Management & Banking and Finance from Victoria University, a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is Tier 1 and 2 FSR compliant.
