Michael Billett is a highly experienced cyber security professional, and as the SA Government’s Deputy Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Incident Management, he plays a crucial role in leading and supporting the collaborative effort across SA Government to safeguard and enhance the state's community and economy against the growing threats of cyber-attacks. Michael is responsible for overseeing the direction and management of a range of cyber security for SA Government, including the establishment of a comprehensive government-wide approach and coordination of large-scale incident and emergency response efforts under the State Emergency Management arrangements. Michael has a broad range of skills, expertise and training across cyber security, emergency management, and infrastructure protection.
