Liz West is the National Manager of Intelligence, Analysis & Assurance at IDCARE - Australia and New Zealand’s national identity and cyber support service. Formerly Director of the Information Security Program at the Australian National University and Executive Director of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia - Liz blends the technical with the non-technical to better understand how cyber impacts people. Her current role focuses on the impact of scams, identity compromise, and cybercrime on individuals, businesses and organisations, and what we need to do differently to tackle these challenges.
