
Emily Wingard is a passionate leader with 18 years’ experience across information technology and cyber security in the Government of South Australia. In her current role as the Manager, Cyber Capability and Engagement in the governments lead agency for cyber security, Emily focuses on enhancing cyber security awareness, capability and collaboration across South Australia to safeguard the community against ever-changing cyber threats.
In addition, as the South Australian Branch Chair for the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), Emily actively fosters knowledge sharing and skills development, contributing to increased collaboration within South Australia and nationally.
Emily’s significant contributions to the cyber security industry have been recognised with prestigious awards, including the Department of the Premier and Cabinet's 'Making a Difference' award and the AISA 'Branch Executive of the Year' award in 2021.
