Luke has been working in Operational Technology Security for more than 20 years and began his career as telecommunications network operational technology programmer. He leads Deloitte's Operational Technology Security Practice in Australia and is a Partner in Deloitte Cyber. He has extensive experience across many of the world's leading companies and government organisations. Most recently he has been assisting companies in the energy, mining, maritime and other critical infrastructure industries with incident response and operational technology architecture.
Luke has been a member of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering for Cyber Resilience Project, the European Union Clean IT Project, the Global Strategy Forum, the Open Group’s Architectural Forum, the Trusted Technology Forum, the Cloud Working Group, as well as several other government and industry forums.
Luke is a Member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (MIEEE), is an ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist and has degrees from Curtin University, the University of Western Australia and Cambridge University.
